The service is not offered to users in mainland China. Individuals or entities located in mainland China, accessing through mainland China networks, or subject to mainland China jurisdiction must not register, log in, purchase plans, recharge, call APIs, or otherwise use the service. You are responsible for confirming that you are legally eligible to use the service.
You must provide accurate and usable account information and safeguard your password, sessions, and API keys. Requests, charges, recharges, plan purchases, and other actions under your account are deemed authorized by you. If you discover leakage or abnormal use, revoke the relevant API key and contact us promptly.
You must not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, spam, attacks, bypassing security limits, mass registration, resale of credits, abuse of free resources, or generating or distributing prohibited content. We may rate limit, suspend, terminate, or refuse service based on risk.
Plans, balance, recharge cards, and promotional credits are only usable within the service and have no cash value. Unless expressly stated on the page or agreed in writing, used plans, balance, and service fees are non-refundable. Suspension caused by risk control, violation, or regional restrictions does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the service will meet all of your requirements. Models, gateways, pricing, quotas, plans, payment methods, and features may change for operational, upstream-service, or security reasons.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, third-party service failures, or consequences caused by your misuse or violation of these terms.
